Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made on behalf of Playe and sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chain. We recognise our responsibility to operate ethically and with integrity, and we are committed to improving transparency and accountability as we grow.

Effective Date: 15 February 2026

OUR BUSINESS

Playe is a UK-based software platform that enables physical retailers and brands to run skill-based promotional game campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and revenue. Our platform operates as a digital service and is delivered through cloud infrastructure and integrated third-party services. Our operations are primarily digital and office-based. We employ staff and engage contractors in multiple locations, including the United Kingdom and overseas.

BASICALLY,

We're a UK software company that helps retailers run skill-based game campaigns. Our team works digitally across multiple countries.

VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE

Although Playe may not currently meet the turnover threshold requiring a statement under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we publish this statement voluntarily as part of our commitment to ethical business practices and responsible supply chain management.

BASICALLY,

We don't have to publish this by law yet — but we believe in doing the right thing early.

OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

As a SaaS platform, Playe's supply chain is technology and service focused. Our key suppliers include: • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, including Amazon Web Services • Payment processing providers, including Stripe • Reward fulfilment providers used to deliver digital incentives to end users • Software and AI service providers supporting platform functionality • Independent contractors and development partners in various jurisdictions While our supply chain does not involve physical manufacturing, we recognise that risks of labour exploitation can exist within global service and technology supply chains.

BASICALLY,

Our suppliers are mainly tech and cloud companies. Even though we don't manufacture anything, we still take labour risks in global supply chains seriously.

RISK ASSESSMENT

Due to the nature of our business, we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low. However, we acknowledge potential risks in: • Overseas contractor arrangements • Subcontracted technical services • Third-party digital service providers operating globally We therefore take reasonable steps to ensure our partners operate in line with ethical labour standards.

BASICALLY,

Our direct risk is low, but we're aware that overseas contractors and global service providers can carry risks — so we stay vigilant.

POLICIES AND DUE DILIGENCE

Playe is committed to preventing modern slavery and unethical labour practices. Our approach includes: • Engaging reputable suppliers and globally recognised service providers • Working with partners that maintain ethical labour and employment practices • Monitoring supplier relationships and reviewing services periodically • Adopting contractual expectations that suppliers comply with applicable labour laws and regulations • Ensuring contractors are engaged voluntarily, fairly compensated, and free to terminate work arrangements As we scale, we are continuing to formalise supplier review and due diligence procedures.

BASICALLY,

We work with reputable partners, set ethical expectations in contracts, and review our supply chain regularly. We're building stronger processes as we grow.

CONTRACTORS AND FAIR WORKING PRACTICES

Playe works with independent contractors in multiple countries. We are committed to ensuring that: • Work is undertaken voluntarily and without coercion • Compensation is agreed transparently and paid promptly • Working arrangements respect local labour laws and fair standards • Contractors retain control over their working conditions and schedules We do not tolerate forced labour, debt bondage, or exploitative employment practices.

BASICALLY,

All our contractors work voluntarily, get paid fairly and on time, and have full control over how they work. Zero tolerance for exploitation.

TRAINING AND AWARENESS

As our organisation grows, we aim to increase internal awareness of ethical sourcing and responsible supplier management. Leadership maintains oversight of supplier relationships and ethical standards, and we intend to implement further guidance and training as part of our operational maturity.

BASICALLY,

Our leadership keeps a close eye on ethics, and we're building training programs as we grow.

ONGOING COMMITMENTS

Playe recognises that preventing modern slavery requires continuous evaluation and improvement. Over time, we aim to: • Strengthen supplier due diligence processes • Formalise ethical procurement guidelines • Incorporate modern slavery considerations into supplier onboarding • Review and update policies in line with best practice standards

BASICALLY,

We're always improving — from stronger checks on suppliers to better onboarding processes and updated policies.

APPROVAL AND REVIEW

This statement reflects Playe's commitment to ethical business conduct and will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains accurate and aligned with our operations and responsibilities.

BASICALLY,

We review this statement regularly to make sure it stays current and meaningful.
